At The Burton Leadership Center, our goal is simple - to create learning experiences that make a real difference in people's lives and work. We approach the process of accelerated development differently. People come to programs to be fully engaged and to hear something new - to ask new questions, hear about new possibilities, and create new solutions. Our learning environment encourages people to feel free to take risks, share both successes and failures, and say what's on their minds. Our programs are designed to raise the level of dialogue beyond the mundane. We encourage innovative thinking and consciously avoid talking head formats that limit interaction.

There are several recurring beliefs throughout our programs and projects. So much in fact, we have fashioned them to be our seven principles of learning. We use them as a gauge to measure the success of our experiences. Here they are
